Title and responsibilities

Managing Director at U.S. Government Accountability Office

Responsible for leading financial audits of various federal entities and the U.S. government; maintaining federal auditing and internal control standards; and reporting on governmentwide financial management issues.

Special areas of expertise: 

Management of financial and performance audits, government auditing and internal control standard setting, development of financial statement and information systems controls audit methodology, and implementation of training initiatives.

Qualifications and education

Certified Public Accountant.

Certified Government Financial Manager.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
