Title and responsibilties

Director General of the INTOSAI Development Initiative (IDI)

The IDI supports SAIs in more than 150 developing countries in sustainably enhancing their performance and capacities. The IDI focuses its efforts on four work streams to support independent, well-governed, professional and relevant SAIs.  In addition, the IDI provides bilateral support to SAIs in a particularly challenges situation as a provider of last resort and plays a global role to strengthen support to SAIs through the Global Foundations Unit.

Special areas of expertise include expertise and good knowledge of INTOSAI and SAIs, SAI capacity development and international cooperation.

Qualifications/education

Bachelor degree in politics and Economics from the University of London, Master of Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Management
